homework 5

after reading the interview with Dustin Stanton I feels like almost anyone can make It as a graphic designer. I like how he started from a mailroom while still in high school. He was an art major and just pulling plans together to maybe go to an art school. This opportunity had fallen in his lap and thought it might be a good way to make a little money he make numerous poster for movies like masters, and there will be blood. basically anyone could get into graphic designs if you have a idea and a vision

Tim brown talks about how designers take a different view of design. they should focus less on the object and more on design. He talks about understand culture and context before knowing where to start to have ideas. Tim feels design  should  apply there work to things  like education, healthcare ect. what Tim is basically saying in his ted x talk is that designers should a little more before doing there design

homework 3

In the interview Dave Perillo, aka Montygog, Dave talks about how cartoons got him into illustration. he would watch '70s and '80s stuff like Scooby Doo, The Flintstones, Looney Toons, GI Joe and Super Friends. he's been a professional illustrator for over 13 years and his work is really nice. I love how he had the opportunity to work for disney and target.

homework 2

Dring  niels diffrient's ted ex talking he starts off talking about airplanes. which is a bit odd but he gets more in depth with it and cracks a couple jokes  he then talks about how with he was younger and would draw airplanes. He continues to talk about the parts how they fly, high they go and wanted to do more then just drawing fancy planes and switch to technical drawings. He switched to art class and hired him self out as an art designer living in Italy. because of his love and passion of designing airplanes, it shifted to making Chairs
